Hi Warren
Hope both you and family are well.
Thanks for sending me information regarding your planned policies to help our people.
Although I understand what most of your objectives are in regards to encouraging the black community to to buy from each other etc in order to financially empower our community. I am concerned that what you are asking of the shops etc in the contract you mentioed for the solicitors and retailers may expose them to legal liability for racial discrimination if someone challenged it for example a non black person who might sue claiming discrimination in the employer preplanning to only select a black person.
So as a former commissioner for Racial Equality and University of London and Cilex Lawyer, I would advise you to get some free legal advise from one of the solicitor firms you mentioned to be on the safe side before you go ahead with your plan brother as I am sure that you do not want to inadvertently expose any retailers to the risk of being sued for discrimination.
Kind regards
Pat Passley LVO

Greetings, Patrick, dear brother,
Trusting that this message finds you well…
We are indebted to you for your kindness and support for the UK #Blackpound union campaign and constantly grateful for the decades of in depth experience and clout, that you bring to the #Blackpound campaign.q
Supporters participation – The gratitude for your kindness, in not only taking the time, to read about the ‘CommUNITYshops”, but to also take the time to write such a reply. This is the sort of engagement and discussion that the #Blackpound campaign supporters should and so desperately need to be engaging in…
The “Shield’, ‘CommUNITYshops” – Your concerns are most appreciated. However, you must bare in mind, the fact that the UK Afrikan Family Household Union and UK Afrikan Parliament, campaign is about embracing the diversity in #ourUKAfrikanhouseholds, therefore, when the term or reference is made to “employing someone from “our households”, this dose not mean to and dose not
distinguish the person by ‘racial origin or gender, only nationality… In so much as; they must be related to an Afrikan British citizen biologically or legally, which is a very broad definition.
#CommUNITYshops
Diversify – This #Blackpoundspendingpower campaign is about demonstrating the reality of the racial and cultural diversity in #ourUKAfrikanhousehold. And taping strategically into the economic and political strength this lends to the UK African community.
No economic minority – Moreover, demonstrating that where our #Blackpoundspendingpower is concerned, the #Blackpound has greater #spendingpower than all other social spending power currencies and campaigns, such as the gay #Pinkpound, the powerful disabled #Purplepound, the over 65’s #Silverpound or the Asian #Brownpound. The #Blackpound is greater due to the very diversify of the UK African household, due as you very well know to Colonialism…
No household minority – We are economically more than just say 1.5 million people over the age of 16 earning money. Our true #UKAfrikanhousehold is more akin to 7 to 10 million, people, which dose not put our combined UK African households in the minority the media and government is always pushing and going on about. The One Million Households campaign is about African people in the UK realising this fact of their actual true worth, and simply strategically organizing ourselves and our family and loved ones in the UK into a single one voice, one aim organization – a Union of our UK households, based around our combined #Blackpound #spendingpower.
Exclusive racial definition – We’ve seen the mistakes of the BNP and such likes, defining their membership criteria soly and exclusively by one single racial group this campaign has no such intention and never has, though, with some people in the UK African commUNITY they see this as a problem and ground’s for not supporting the current online campaign. We are too small as an African commUNITY to have social, religious, cultural, economic or political divisions deviding us… We need to see and act cohesively and collectively in spite of such divisions, we need to be blind to them.
