I’ve recently been putting the word ReTWEET in capital letters too, as apposed to just #RT or retweet. In the past months, also sending the ‘Please follow’ tweet, to existing campaign supporters. Moreover, its vital that Founder Members of the #Blackpound Union, online campaign do a great deal more to set an example, and lead by example, when it comes to using social networks effectively and our collective development in general…
I’ve been pushing the likes of Lenny Henry, our Honorary Founder Member, and names in ourcommUNITY like Bonnier Greer also, to ReTeeet for the campaign.
The campaign’s been on Twitter for 2yrs six months now and most supporters should be in double figures, for the number of ‘please follow’, retweets, not to mention ‘Likes’.
ReTweets, are where its at! I’ve never in the years I’ve been on Twitter, gone through a profiles ‘Likes’… Retweets are live and spread the word. Tweets go virul, as we know, by the number of ReTweets, not Likes’….
No one writes on their Twitter profile; Likes are not endorsement. No, it’s ‘ReTweets, are not an endorsement’
